Rental Rates per Week
May, 2nd half of October, and November:
$2,000 + taxes & fees
1st half of June & 1st half of October:
$2,500 + taxes & fees
2nd half of June & 2nd half of September:
$3,000/week + taxes & fees
July & 1st half of September: $3,500/week + taxes & fees
August:
$3,750/week + taxes & fees
Price Includes: Utilities & trash collection.
Taxes: 11.7% Rental Excise Tax (Massachusetts & local).
Fees: Weekly cleaning fee: $250, weekly pet fee: $300
